Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect one email address for playtest updates, and nothing else. This page is the long version.
What we collect
A single email address, entered voluntarily in the playtest signup form. We do not collect names, ages, locations, payment details, or account credentials.
Who may sign up
Tales of Tilvium is a family game, but the signup list is for parents and players aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to sign up for you.
How it is used
Only to send playtest news, development updates, screenshots, and progress notes. Nothing else — no marketing partners, no profiling, no advertising.
Where it is stored
Submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and FormSubmit (form services) and delivered to our mailbox at flightdeck@tilvium.com. These services act only as delivery processors for the form.
Sharing & retention
Your email is never sold, rented, or shared. It is kept until you ask to be removed — one email to us deletes it from the list.
Cookies & analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. The only third-party request is Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on the page.
Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA). If a child has submitted an address without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Contact & removal
